The carbon laser treatment cleanses, exfoliates and rejuvenates by taking away any dirt and dead skin. The carbon peels also target the deep layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production, which in turn produces firmer, plumper skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and leaves skin feeling tighter and glowing.

IPL Skin rejuvenation (also known as laser genesis or BBL)

IPL Skin Rejuvenation (also known as ‘laser genesis’) treatments work by delivering intense pulses of light to the skin, creating heat energy that stimulates new collagen production.

Laser genesis is a non-invasive and comfortable procedure that uses a laser to gently heat the skin. It can help smooth the skin and reduce the look of fine lines, dark spots, and wrinkles. Typically, its primary use is to fade scarring, redness, and broken blood vessels, and improve the look of rosacea. The light therapy process also assists with unwanted pigmented skin, helps firm the skin and reduces pore size, resulting in more even-toned and brighter-looking skin.

Laser genesis works for people of all ages and skin tones who want to reduce the appearance of fine lines or redness. 

Acne therapy

Laser, using focused wavelengths, specifically target the bacteria responsible for acne and also reduce inflammation to help calm the skin from within. The medical grade laser equipment at Be. Beauty and Laser clinic uses various filters to produce blue and red light to carry out these treatments.

The first part of the treatment utilises blue light which targets the acne-causing bacteria propionibacterium acnes (commonly referred to as p. acnes) due to its high absorption by porphyrins within the bacteria. This part of the treatment not only reduces bacterial growth but also lowers the activity of sebaceous glands, directly addressing one of the root causes of acne.

The second part of the treatment uses Red light which possesses anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce redness and swelling associated with acne lesions.
